They are 13 and 22 Tinky and believe me they are really good kids most of the time. I get what you mean by saying they grow up fast as I cannot believe my eldest is 22, just cannot get my head around that he's a man but he will always be my boy.

They can be the kids from hell sometimes with each other especially when my eldest has his GF here and the wee one just simply annoys them or when the wee one has his friends around and it's the big ones turn to do the annoying but hey I wouldn't have it any other way

Was up early enough to be able to do 3 hours job search before the internet starts lagging. Always get a small lag during August, not enough to call Virgin and complain but enough that I know now to do job searching before 10 in the morning.

No matter what age we always worry about them and then we have the grandchildren when they appear to worry about, But we would not have them any other way

Visited my mum today in hospital. She's much less vague especially as they've given her something to help her sleep so she doesn't drop off in mid sentence. Got the social services coming to assess the house for trip hazards.

We're also getting a care package put together so she can stay in her house.

I've just concocted our evening meal ( bit of an experiment really) Tesco meatballs reduce to £1 for 12, jar of tomato sauce with onion and garlic, added more garlic, pepper, onion, stock cube, mushrooms, oregano, seasoned to taste. All I have to do now is cook the spag...............mmmm yum!
