Yesterday lunch - slow cooked lamb shanks (really slow - 6 hours plus) with apricots, prunes and preserved ginger, couscous, pepper salad, flat bread.

Pork belly strips marinaded in a Chinese sauce of garlic, ginger, soy, honey, five spice and shaoxing wine. Broiled in the oven with roasted sweet potato, parsnip, courgettes and carrots.

Aldi Brooklea light orange yogurt sprinkled with dark chocolate very nice straight from the fridge but what I do is pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes just to thicken them up and I must say they really are absolutely delicious.
