Sadly the Sky Cinema app seems plagued with bugs , with Sky's own customers using Sky Go or the Sky Q app I suspect the development has sadly took a back seat for this app.

When you've chosen a movie, the option to "download" or "watch now" is fairly obvious. The movie then goes into a "downloads" folder which I think is accessible via an icon in the top-right. Unfortunately I don't have my tablet handy to check at the moment.

I see the watch now option but never a download option.
