Hi Wasted.d,

Welcome to the world of ntl, the complete communications company..who can't communicate to their own front-line personnel.

It's a well known fact that the ground staff at ntl are told very little of developments. I know this first hand from when I used to work in tech.

There really is no point in calling ntl to find out when things are going to go live etc. Your best bet is to stick around here.

I spoke to an ntl employee (not on the phone) and he said "november, definitley november but im not sure of the exact day." although
as Nate said, you should keep checking here for news.

its best to ring sales, at the time of the last free upgrade I rang CMT and was told its not available yet, I rang sales and they said they could upgrade me now "If I want"

I had been told others had it, so rang sales (150)

I'm still waiting for people to post a copy of their config - there's been a lot of boasting about improved speeds but not one posting of a config screen showing it.

lets face i though any thing we've had or may ever get (config screens) could be easily photoshoped by someone with a one meg config file.
it could probably even been done with paint.

Think about it. If you were using something that you might not be allowed to would you post something that might get you identified. Not that i am saying anyone here would do that.
