l think people are underestimating how many Tivo's have been sold and on top of that they are underestimating the quality of the box as well.

True, the new price structure for the 500GB TiVo is temping, but the £3 charge for TiVo does annoy me (I am not a mean person, just another £3 out of the household budget) even if it is only per account not per box. If they made it free to XL customers I would sign up tomorrow!

Sorry that is how I feel

It has no extra monthly fee on VIP 50 & 100. XL is already good value.

We can always rely on our beloved parents as they are always there to help us in our hour of need.

the £3 goes direct to Tivo (not VM) for supplying the service so i cant see that changing - ever!

Does anyone care to answer my question? A second opinion is needed as the VM pricing system confuses me, also i understand you get 3 months half price if you upgrade your tv package.

Wait so XL & VIP still have the £5 for the V+HD charge whereas M+ & L don't and are just charged £3?

Surely everyone on XL and VIP moving to TiVo should be charged £2 less?

No I think DF means you don't pay the TIVO 3.00 charge on VIP 50 and 100.

I got that but that still means XL and VIP 20/30 are overpaying by £2 should they move to TiVo.

Re: Is the TiVo charge now £3 per month on all TV packs?

Xl don't pay £5 v+ charge. VIP pay a charge for a second v+ so in that instance it's £2 cheaper to get a TiVo if on vip20/30 and £5 cheaper if on vip50.

Basically if your on VIP get a TiVo and go vip50. It's much better value

Sorry, just checked my bill and it says;

Quote:
V+HD Monthly Fee £0.00
So it must have been dropped since I last had a proper look.

if u added on the 500gb tivo box it will go up to £71.45

hope that clears it up for you
