Type 192.168.100.1 into your address bar, press enter and the pass words are both root. You will see the different pages available listed on the left.

As we seem to be on the same branch of the server could you confirm whether or not you are using a router. I'm wireless and haven't the faintest idea how to check whether it's my router causing the problem. I have dug out a cable to connect my laptop directly to my modem but my technical knowledge stops when I come to knowing what to do next.

Re: Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February - Summer

Jo, I doubt it's your router - your config file shows you haven't got the upgraded speed there. From what I understand yours should look like this one if it's been done.

spc1-oldh4-0-0-custxxx.bagu.broadband.ntl.com
I've still not been upgraded either yet - obviously some areas not finished is all, I'd say.

Rats, you all caught me having a blond moment. Totally forgot the Operation config thingy was based on my modem. Well not exactly forgot, as I said 'a blond moment'. Please wipe my last posts from your memory and if anyone tell a certain Mod about my latest gaff I will have to be nasty to them.
