I wonder if VIP customers will get the exchange automatically area by area rather than having to register for one. Would make more sense for Virgin to swap out that way or could get some VIPers with TIVO and some without paying same price
But I must admit a smile broke out across my broken cooked teeth when i read the £0 £0 £0

I think demand will be high, so registration will sort that out. VM will contact you to arrange delivery/install etc.

Ok thanks, but still cant understand why XL customers who had no previous discounts on anything have to pay for the TiVo box set up and payment.
I mean we had to pay full price for Sky Sports and HD no deductions.
When prices went down on lower tiers ours stayed the same.
In September/ October prices went up another £2 on XL not on lower tiers. They must think were made of money.

Init i got rid of sky sports about 2 months ago still got movies in HD and BBXL, Fone XL and Tv XL
What have you got if you got all 3 XL its free four 12months but dont no what itis after that

There was no price increase on XL? I think you are thinking about Sky Sports/Movies?

No, you would need to upgrade your 'phone pack to XL.
Triple XL is all 3 core cable products at XL.
