There is one really funny thing about the video... In that he's left on the original numberplate (which does come back to a 2L Astra Diesel in White (Glad to see he's paid his tax) so he's given the police evidence as to a crime...

We all know that such a complex wiring job as that would take time to fit to any vehicle especially as Kymmy points out about his lights being wired to flash alternately just like an emergency vehicle.

As his number plate is common knowledge now he may find that he has suddenly become popular with the local police.

If he was seen driving down the road with them on he would be stopped and arrested and very likely taken to cort and fined possibly with a suspended sentence so not a good thing to fit to his car and possibly points on his licence or a ban.

Won't make any difference if he uses them on a public road really. he's guilty already for having them on the car in the first place.

we know that it took him hours to put them in the car. and he turned them on in the video. he's already guilty.
