make sure you have create a monitor
when you create a monitor then in the page where you can view it..under the monitor...you will see this options
Edit | Disable | Delete | Show Previous Days | Share Live Graph | Share Snapshot Graph
click share snapshot graph then generate at next page then at next page copy the last text with the message
Small Graph (500x219 px) - BBCode (for forums; not yet supported on thinkbroadband forums)...
...and paste it here

i think VM was in hurry to double speeds to catch BT infinity...seems now will face more troubles until full updates are done
perhaps you should call them and complain

Last day of my 30mb Virgin connection before moving to Sky.

Sky lines minimum ping seems to be higher but if im being honest i find it more stable even with the reduction in speed.
BTW the last days Virgin graph actually looked quite decent for me
