no it wasn't it was never stated it would start last August was always stated it start in 2020

Maybe it was only talk on this forum last summer then?
Trouble with this forum is there is a lot of speculation posted under threads such as changes which imply facts.
Rather than tack it onto these types of thread it would be better to start a speculation type thread

The blurb says:
