i just did my best to try and move away
Virgin didnt offer me anything to stay and the offer from sky looks pretty good.
Trouble is i love the Virgin BB and it seems if i remove anything (phone or tv) from my package it puts me in a new 12 month contract. I was not happy at all about that.
