Yes its a mix of Sky Anytime content for the Sky channels that VM carry with some Anytime+ content. It will have the bonus of being instantly available something not possible on Sky , SD is usually ready to play in around 20 seconds on my 9.5mb connection however HD movies can take 5 minutes or more , this won't be a problem for VM users.

Your right, once it rolls out on VM Sky can't keep that policy, maybe that's one of the reason that the launch date is so vague, Sky has to change that first.
