So if the Exit Poll is correct then I guess lots of Liberal Democrats have gone back to Labour, as their vote is doing a lot better than expected.

Nick Robinson just said that if its a hung parliament Brown can stay in power until he can do a deal with Lib Dems. If he does, he stays in power even though the Tories won.
