I laughed when the male 'officers' got all horny when Liz White was dressed as a Nurse - nice satire on a stereotype

The production company are briliant......they are back with a new series of Hustle later in March.

Really enjoyed it glad we got to the bottom of that vison he kept having.
However I still am not sure, is he really back in 1973 or is he still in a coma?

I thought that the most eerie thing is when Sam telephoned the house and he answered it as his younger self of course.

Re: life on mars
It was good but I get the feeling when the box set comes out there will be a bunch of alternate endings that were shot in case it wasn't such a success.
Still at least it'll be back. Hopefully they won't run it into the ground before all the questions get answered.

Or is it still 'both'?

I absolutely loved DC Skelton's line at the end:
"You cost me a fiver ... we had a bet on who'd pull a gun on who first."

A suppressed memory. As a boy, he wandered out of the wedding reception and saw his dad in the woods slapping about a woman in a red dress.
He had forgotten about it until he was back in 1973 when he started having flashbacks. They have been dropping them into the series all the way through.

Re: life on mars
yes what an excellent well written series this has been.. makes you wonder why when the BBC can do this we have to put up with Eastenders and Corrie all the time
not sure how they are going to handle the second series now and let him get back but can't wait till next year
think they should stop after second series though and wish he'd stop going round telling everyone he's from 2006 too.. by the time second series is on it will be 07 anyway

Re: life on mars
Sorry, but although the programme was good, the ending was lame. He either needed to die or go back.
Keeping him there is such a cop out for a second series.

Re: life on mars
Good news that, in a way...good that it is not going to be dragged out until the ratings drop...
