Why hasn't the canadain track got decent drainage?

Good question - and for all I know it might - I think that current conditions may not allow for much run-off time? Camber and everything?

Charlie's official job title is 'Race Director', he start's the race's and make's decission's on if they should be stopped as in the race now, and if the safety car is used during and incident.
