What? where's my upgrade in Leyton E10.
I don't mind though. Apart from a few days this year and last the 2MB service has been fantastic, always full speed.

Re: New Speeds - June 1st
oh c'mon!.. why so uptight? was just having a laugh because every time someone posts that they want 4 meg he (predictably ,like clockwork) posts "you will have to wait".... just found that amusing, that's all... it's all in the name of fun while we're waiting, so relax please!

Re: New Speeds - June 1st
Churlish to complain perhaps, while others have not yet had the upgrade.
But here in Reading, whilst we gone up a notch
Sat, 17 Jun 2006 07:50:55 UTC
1st 512K took 1500 ms = 341.3 KB/sec, approx 2812 Kbps, 2.75 Mbps
2nd 512K took 1609 ms = 318.2 KB/sec, approx 2622 Kbps, 2.56 Mbps
3rd 512K took 1625 ms = 315.1 KB/sec, approx 2596 Kbps, 2.54 Mbps
4th 512K took 1563 ms = 327.6 KB/sec, approx 2699 Kbps, 2.64 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 2682 Kbps, 2.62 Mbps
I've seen nothing beginning with a 3.xx yet
Not quite the 4meg we had thought we might get, maybe it true what some said, that the network just couldn't cope
