Let us stil not lose sight of our goal here and regardless ov if phorm servives to fight another day or folds into oblivion, we still have an agenda, BT AGM still needs to be sorted. BT need to own up to the errors apologize and reimburse those they illegaly phormed. Then as customers/shareholders there needs to be assurqancies that this will never happen again, this is a must.

BT should withdraw all bonus payments to those managers that broght the company intoi disrepute, those who possibly/maybe/could have(not saying they did but just ) took some form of gift to bring phorm into the network..

Managers have to be made accountable, high bonuses cannot be given for failure or almost bringing the company to its knees...

Let the fight commence we need answers and the we don't know will not be good enough since they had customers calling and have a leaked report that shows they knew a percentage did contact. If they still say they don't know then some form of recompence needs to be given to all customers who were with BT at the time a more costly way but it needs to be done, Shareholders dont get that much from BT shares for us they pay the worst divi. Seem sprofits go to managers first updating networks second and shareholders third.. On present form managment do not deserver first cut perhaps last cut is more in line with their integrity...

Trust guys without it you are worth nothing...

perhaps if HW didnt click that buy above like he said, just before it fell down yet again...., he might have enough left to buy some chinese (chicken) stock, poor lad.... dont loose your shirt HW.

are they now looking to make china the new ad growth market?, all the recent talk seems to be when it expands there etc.

however, IF you bothered to look at some of the chinese laws (and some of them date back centrys unappealed) then even china might be a slight longer term problem if a large wad of the generated cash doesnt stay in china, I.e not payed to the external investors.....

and thats before anyone even happens to chat with the chinese universities were a lot of the law is disseminated, about this new DPI and how it can effect peoples lives....

i do know Mr wong down the local shop, isnt happy with this DPI for profit with no cash returned to the people they are gathering all this money generating data from, and he seems to be in contact with his Many contacts back home informing them to be on the lookout.... or something like that

Sorry for being quiet the last couple of days I was totally burnt out and needed to get some rest (big week ahead). Look at the share price what a joy.

OK I have to go out and pick up the digital voice recorder I got from Argos ready for the meeting with the Earl of Northesk tomorrow. He has given permission for me to record it so it will go on the NoDPI web site as soon as I get back from London.

I got my T-Shirt too, very fast delivery.

make sure you stress test it tonight for the 2 hours plus to make sure it does hold that at the highest (at least 192)recording setting, 64Mbit ram isnt a lot if its the first one found in argos, and get some spare rechargables to take along just incase

For maximum battery life, use non-rechargables alkalines - not as eco-friendly but they last much longer. If you use rechargables get the highest mAh rating you can find and get them fully charged before using them the first time.
