I upgraded via the website on the first day. Took five mins to get the 2Mb upgrade.

Why is it that after all these years STB users still have to battle with CS when SACMs are upgradeable on-line?

esp as i booked for an engineer to come today and replace my pace with a samsung and he didn't turn up

i phined up for my 3meg today, the guy on the toher end was nice enough and said it would take upto 48 hours for the Upgrade to go through.
is that normal? will i have to reboot the STB? (samsung).

Maybe because STB's cannot be swapped by remote control ...

Their upgrade page is down because the database with the cable modem accounts is down at the moment... I am not sure when this will be resolved, but check the server status page (link at the bottom of the page) for details of when this problem is resolved. Retry the upgrade page then, and if it doesn't work then you can try calling customer service
