Bet you don't.
Are there that many Asian people working in customer services in the UK that you always get one?

Re: New Speed Upgrades 8th March. (Part 3)
I rang cs and got told I have to wait and it will be automatic, he said next few days.
Good side was I got through almost straight away, bad side was they wouldn't upgrade me, bit of a 2 class CS it seems, some will do it some won't - not impressed

the problem is that those that are saying no are following the procedure that has been told to them as these upgrades are supposed to be automatic and is not the csr's fault
but i agree all in all a bad customer service experience as some are then allowing you to do this bit of a CSR lottery

Re: New Speed Upgrades 8th March. (Part 3)
Right......just rang CS again (3rd time in 2 days ), got through immediately
I begged a bit ..and the nice chappy disappeared for a while and when he came back he said that I should give it half an hour and then reboot my stb.............we will see..........
