26 minimum, and if you’ve been in nothing but full time education, you should be banned until you start work.

I’d go so far as to say, if you have a degree but no job …banned.

If you have a humanities degree, banned for life.

What a strange thing to say. It's precisely because 16 year olds are prone to making bad choices through ignorance and misguidance that they should not be given the vote. Plus it's illogical since there are so many barriers they face until they are 18.
