I enjoyed it. Wasn't the strongest series but it was good quality scifi. Stuff like this doesn't benefit from being a procedural and I would have liked to have seen a more fleshed out story arc like Altered Carbon.

I dont think it was intended to be thrilling, it definitely had a Fringe feeling about it. I will be continuing with it.
