Sorry I was not clear The name yes. the model ? & therefore requiring replacing by some section of users . Think of a Ford Fiesta ( why did I pick on that!!) anyway the name has been around for years & years - its not the same car

ordering ppvs was a nightmare at times, especially when you could only order on the day of the event and 15 mins before the ppv
now that i don't work nights i like toset my recordings throuout the night

I would just love it if they were able to make it faster. The interface is fast for sure - but wouldn't it be great if it was instantaneous. I would imagine this would be a hardware problem though - Which makes me worry that if we have more things added to TiVo, will it slow it down even more

But remember it has its own internet connection thus should not really slow down.

It'll speed up when Tivo update the software to utilise the second core of the STB.

I think the switching between HD and SD menus also slows it down a bit so hopefully once they're redone that should quicken it up a little as well.
