Nice little earner for United, could well reduce their debt unless they spend it...

Ribery is being lined up, possibly Karem Benzema too.

And think how much they'll save on electricity once he packs up his hair dryers and other beauty equipment.
Excellent player, if a little unsteady on his feet, but no-one is worth even remotely what Real are paying.

Who needs them when we have the perfect replacement already in Nani
That was a joke, i expect someone will come in, Ribery should be a good replacement. Maybe this will mean Tevez will stay as well?

Re: Football Close Season Thread
the problem we have if he goes is that without Ronaldo we have no winger on the left or right so that leaves a huge hole in the team. Add in we already need another CM and a RB too i wonder how far 80m will go

Re: Football Close Season Thread
Comes to something though when Ronnie is valued at more than three quarters the total value of Newcastle United

Re: Football Close Season Thread
I am waiting for a comment from SAF.
Remember in December he said " I wouldn't sell that mob a virus " about Real Madrid.
I wonder if this has been done with his full approval?
