We usually advise customers this month if there will be price increases. Oh well, not my department anyway.

Yes that is quite a hike in price and with no addition of any new services - Tivo, 3rd box etc. I hope this doesn't effect existing VIP50 customers or I'll be pretty unimpressed.

There is price change coming in April for all customers. Letters and emails start going out this month

That is a hell of a price rise those don't you think. That is more than a 10% hike.

So all of us on VIP50 will go from Â£97.40 to Â£109.55? And then when we get Tivo that will push it up to Â£112.55, that is quite a jump! Are they still planning on bringing out new VIP packages or is that the new VIP packages?

Perhaps not too much more though. The difference in price between the old VIP20 and VIP50 prices was a bout a fiver but the VIP50 had the 50 meg broadband and the Sky HD channels, which was far more than a fiver's worth.

Perhaps you're right. We just have to wait and see I suppose. Are you going to be getting Tivo as well?
