Re: *All* ntl 10meg Discussion (part 2)
Just phoned, was told "No upgrades via ringing anymore for any customers and it will be done automatic by the end of the year", I said some users were still getting upgraded and "he" pointed out that they should not!
appears depending who you get you either get the upgrade are not, and that was my 2nd attempt at ringing

Just spoke to a nice man at CS who tells me that there have been no 10Mb upgrades at all today its all a net rumor.......
Even if it was true they couldnt do anything at thier end....
Someone needs to get thier story straight.

Hi first post here. For the people like me who keep getting the blanket no, cancel your account then sign up again after the 30 days and claim your first month of 10MB broadband free thereby saving yourself nearly forty pounds.

btw, has anyone got the CMX modem working on the service yet. Woman now tells me I should have it, but my modem isn't accepting it.

Re: *All* ntl 10meg Discussion (part 2)
well i've spoken to a nice welsh lady at customer services this morning and she told me all those who have upgraded to 10 mb from 2 mb will be paying 37.99 a month instead of 24.99 because ntl haven't started doing the free upgrades yet for people on 2 mb.
so i suggest if you upgraded from 2 mb check that your still only going to be paying 24.99 i'd be surprised if you are.
regards
hc
