John James dont even know how to argue a point. He just whinges and whinges and threatens to walk. When he went out the fire exit for effect last week the should have kept walking.

Yeah, he definitely knew what he was doing otherwise he would have said what each colour meant, as John James said. It was just plain ridiculous what he did, he needs to go. Did you see the proper strop he did as well after his name was announced, what a baby.
