I can't. UTD to battle past Everton in a close game to face Arsenal in the final. Hopefully Arsenal wont win this time, especially if we batter the hell out of them like last time.

Re: Football : Season 08/09
Can someone on this forum, answer me this question, I was told today that as Man Utd, COULD qualify for Champions league or another european trophy, Tottenham can play in the EUFA cup next season, as runners up in the Carling Cup - can someone confirm this. Cheers.

I believe that was an old rule which has since changed. Now the extra spot will go to whomever finishes 6th. I think.

No I think Arsenal v UTD will be the final.
UTD v Arsenal has the potential to be a classic - to the FA - CUT the effing grass!!!
If Everton do us, I hope they win it, not cos of Everton, I like Moyes, he deserves a trophy.

Even being a Man Utd supporter, that was a masterclass display from Liverpool, though it seems referees are the talking point, especially with the Juve-Chelsea game. What do we think, ball crossed the line or not? I reckon yes, but then I would. The penalty was harsh on Madrid though.

yeah, the ball totally crossed the line - no denying it (chelsea game). as for the pen for Liverpool, yes, that was lucky. But as I say, the rest of the display was not.

Re: Football : Season 08/09
Just goes to show how premium the Premiership is for football these days... that's 2 seasons in a row 4 clubs made the quarter finals. I just hope the draw keeps them separate for the quarters so the possibility of 4 in the semis exists.
