			Was in the highlands a week or so back - well, we passed through heading for Gairloch. There was snow on the mountain tops then. Down to 4C at one point - chilly.

			-2 here last night, and barely above freezing all day.  The snow on Beinn Narnain keeps coming and going - the snow line was down to 600 metres yesterday, but it never remains for long except at the very peak.
 More worrying is the amount of rain we had over the weekend.  The water level in Loch Lomond is a good metre above its summer average and if it gets any higher it will start to flood parts of the road near our house.
