I totally accept it, where have I said I don't.

I just want to know how "jaw Dropping" and "highly racist" the comments were, and in what context they were made, before I decide anything about it.

That seems sensible to me.

The subject has been posted on a discussion forum.

It's pretty difficult to form an opinion on whether the decision by UKIP to expel her was correct, in correct, a bit over the top etc etc. if we don't know the facts

It's perfectly acceptable to want to know the severity of her crime.

At the moment it's just, "UKIP expel councillor" so what?

He's also totally entitled to have an opinion on it, call it judging if you want, but it's how an opinion is formed, by weighing up the facts judging them and forming an opinion on the matter.

By your measure no one was allowed to form a judgement about the Labour MP in the Flags and White van scandal, it would be purely up to the Labour Party.

The way i read the OP and it seems most other contributers is that the thread was started as a comment on UKIP losing yet another councillor not as a thread to decide her guilt/innocence ,that has been decided and as yet she has not appealed the decision or commented on the incident.

Yes it was, and as we're on a discussion forum, do you not think it is acceptable to discuss around that issue.

One of the points available for discussion would be if we thought UKIP was right to expel her and to do that we would need an analysis of what she said, but we don't have that information.

Would I be correct in assuming you will give everyone else who is accused of the something, no matter what the party/cause/religion, the same benefit of the doubt?

So do you think UKIP was right to expell her based on the fact she made jaw dropping racist comments .As far as i can see what she said is irrelavent,she made the comments (whatever they where) and UKIP decided they where that bad it justified immediate expulsion .The only judgement to be made in this thread is whether UKIP are right to expell members they deem to have used racist language

It's a fact she made comments.

How "jaw dropping" they may be is a matter of personal opinion.

As far as i can see what she said is irrelavent
