Re: What are you eating now?
Mangos are in from Pakistan. Go get a box of anwar ratol, if not available get a box of chaunsa.
They should be yellow, fine if they are slightly wrinkled.
anwar ratol are soo sweet you'll happily eat the bitter skin. Amazing food.

Re: What are you eating now?
For Father's day my son helped to smoke a duck with Korean style marinade then stir-fried both some veg and rice on the coals. He then helped his mum with cleaning up. All the food was great, my involvement was minimal - I cooked the brown rice the day before then my wife brought home cooked potatoes. I also got the fire going and helped season the duck and when to apply more marinade to the duck.

Thats my kind of food, none of this iffy stuff you often eat that I've never heard of, I need to keep it simple.
Lemon Meringue pie with lots of ice-cream that is what I call heaven food.

I make my own breakfast - I won’t let me have a full English at home, as I intend to get as much out of my pensions for as long as possible…
(I do have a full English/Scottish when we stop over in hotels, as I don’t have to prep, cook, or wash up… )
