It helps having relatives up there for ready supplies of black pudding, scallops, salmon etc.
Of course if you don't have relatives up here there are alternatives.

Raddish, lettuce and tomato wheatgerm sarnie. I have a glut of raddish, lettuce and um tomatoes. It's quite nice
