Re: What are you eating now?
Just finished a late lunch - Black Pudding and Chorizo Hash, Crispy Herb Potatoes, and Red Onion topped with a Fried Egg (also added two rashers of back bacon).
First decent meal (with flavours and textures) in about a week - I had a procedure this morning, and I’ve been on a low-fibre bland diet since Sunday, and fasted since 9am yesterday morning, drinking only water (and some vile preparation) for the last 24 hours.
Thai meal tonight, with some nice IPAs to wash it down.

Re: What are you eating now?
A Polish style stew with Silesian sausages, carrot, onion, potato and white cabbage. A bit of a warm-up on such a cool and soggy day.

I hope you're doing well
What Thai dishes do you have? I had drunken noodles once that tasted of nothing. Really disappointing

I am, thanks - just waiting for the test results...
I'm quite boring on Thai meals - I love Tom Yam soup with chicken, and then it depends how I feel on what main I have; I had Gratum Prik Thai with chicken and noodles on Friday (garlic, coriander, & black pepper sauce, stir fried with onions & mushrooms, topped with fresh coriander) - I tend to go for flavours rather than heat.
We always get Thai takeaway from Jinos Thai restaurant in Headingley - it's been going for over 20 years, and is run/food cooked by Thais.

That sounds really nice, get well soon
I had ham, egg and chips earlier with crusty bread and a 99 in the park for afters, wanted an oyster but they've been unavailable since last year nationwide because of a cross contamination issue in the only remaining factory that made them
