well i know my samsung struggles when I max out my 2MB connection so wouldn't like to see it with 10 MB

also any news yet on the upload speed (thats the most important factor for me)

I made a thread on this, ntl need to signup as a multicast peer before we get to use this, so ntl can dictate when we start using it not bbc.

the old pace box was only 10mb but my samsung is runnin at 100mb and i think it can evan do full duplex!

I think the BBC are going to use their own P2P style thing for the TV show downloads.

I got on a trial of this last year and it was very good. Although the DRM on the files only let you watch for 7 days.

It was
Although the program was outrageously picky about what media player you could use. I had it working then it stopped working (something about Windows Upgrade changing the build) and then could never get it working again.

Hi .. I dont know if ive been upped to 10 Mb/s or not .. (my poor old cmx only goes up to 3 Mb/s) but Ive been getting 3 Mb/s for the last few days (I'm supposed to be on the old 2Mb/s level) Im located in north-east Hapmshire.
BTW my Upload is 300 kb/s

Oh come on, this is NTL were talking about here, their PR Dept have done their job (announcing the 10mb speed increases) and probably save a few peeps from jumping ship to some of the other providers (Bulldog etc) to maximise NTL`s revenue.
It`ll be here about 3-4 month`s from now at least if the last upgrade was anything to go by..
