Muesli - sweeping from the bottom of pet cages.
Wheatabix - that's the cloth option, underwear a possible component.
Shreddies and the like are recycles shoe laces or even just recycles shoes in some cases.

Yesterday I braised some venison shanks in red wine and added chestnuts and dried apricots to the sauce while the meat was "resting" actually it was so exhausted it just fell off the bones.
