Who Is Getting Fit This Year?

I've kind of fallen off but not gaining weight more so stalling at 91kg. I've been consuming a lot rice. I need to get back on the strict container of veg as a filler.

How's everyone else getting on.... ?

Slowed down a lot since the loss of my dog. Things just seem pretty crap but still not given up yet haha

A nice unhealthy 15 1/2 stone here.
Still drinking, smoking, eating all the wrong stuff.
I'm only 71 though so could change the lifestyle as I get older

I lost a stone during my recent illness, not a method I'd recommend.

I am worried about my weight loss, lost over 2 stone since July. No appetite, make myself eat a bowl of porridge mornings, not much else after that except Complan milk drink or anything sweet. I spent my life dieting, now it's just falling off me with no effort. Also nauseous most days, have told our surgery, awaiting reply.

How can you tell if a rear shock isn't working on a mountain bike? Should I be bouncing sitting on the bike ?

Some are adjustable and they might be too loose perhaps. I hate suspension bikes because you bounce a bit and lose a load of effort because of such

I assume you are not bottoming out the spring?

I'm not getting much movement. There's a switch on it but it made no difference.
