Just tried rebooting again, and nothing....

which equates to 125.05 Kb/s
ahh well will have to keep checking

Tried unpluggin ur modem then shutting down ur pc plugging in ur modem wait for lights to do there rythim then reboot computer??
worked for me

Erm mine showed november. And as previous posts showed I was rather cheesed off. Try powering off modem and back on again as when I did this the speed increase was there.

it's nice that south manchester is used for tests!
i was one of the lucky ones who got on the original trial for stb broadband in early 2001 and got 3 months free before it officially launched
is there any reason for this area?
is it because we were first to get digitial tv first in the country with cwc...?

I am going at 1.5MBit too last night my modem just went weird only the USB, D/S and Power lights was on the rest were off, and now its morning I am downloading at 100kb and uploading at 13kb lol

1st 128K took 1473 ms = 88983 Bytes/sec = approx 740 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 1452 ms = 90270 Bytes/sec = approx 751 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 1522 ms = 86118 Bytes/sec = approx 717 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1392 ms = 94161 Bytes/sec = approx 783 kbits/sec
