We should den. A lot of people on this forum are against virgin media which is fine and their view but a lot of quite toxic anger and resentment is s spread. Hope Mods keep a hang of it please

Openreach, the BT-owned firm that manages the UK's broadband infrastructure, has vowed to introduce "ultrafast" internet connections to three million premises by 2020.
The company said it was accelerating its plan to run fibre connections directly to homes and businesses.
It will increase internet speeds from 24 megabits a second under superfast broadband to 100 megabits.
The first phase will begin this year, targeting eight cities across the UK.
Openreach, which operates independently from BT, said Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London and Manchester would form the first phase of the programme that will connect "up to 40 UK towns, cities and boroughs".

Yeah I just received a mailshot today from them. SKY Sports for £15 if I take a new 18 month contract for TV. The most interesting part was their guarantee that the price for SKY Sports will remain fixed at £15 for 3 years. If I take the deal. Can't say fairer than that really.

Well we shall see what transpires as l still expect the rights to be shared out between the two of them.

Indeed tabloid sources are never the barometer of generally what is going to transpire.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Still sticking to my point I made ages ago that the huge rises of previous rights auctions won't happen this time around both BT and Sky are finding it increasingly difficult to sell their sports offering at ever increasing prices.

Have to agree with you, the costs will not increase at the rate seen at previous auctions and may even stagnate.
