Not really, just as many problems for freeview if they say SS3, SS4 or SS News nevermind red button.

Set to happen this week on Virgin Media:

August 1st (Monday):
-Price Drop TV to be given an new onsreen look and called Price Drop on Virgin Channel 741.
-Bid TV to be given an new onsreen look and called Bid on Virgin Channel 745.
-Speed Auction TV to be given an new onsreen look and called Speed Auction on Virgin Channel 746.

August 2nd (Tuesday):
-Really to launch on the M package on Virgin Channel 267.

I was given the date of today for Phase 2 to launch on Virgin TV but that was given to me months ago.

The SA Boxes are still on UK4 code (Mine is anyway) and that was set to be updated to UK5 Code by tomorrow - so I do not know what has happen.

WHY doesn't VM let customers know via there 'customer service' page what is happening on there network.

They have VM news, so what about notifing the customers THATS US, of what is happening arghhhhhhhhhh.

Why? is what a lot of people have been asking for an awful long time on this forum, communication with their customers is poor.
