You're still making me larf!
It's not that it wasn't important, it was, they were up for the treble, saying that is just trying to justify that they lost Losers justification if you want to call it. (Funny, if a Utd fan had come out with that, if we had lost, we would have been called sore losers)

There was at least 35 minutes left when they came on..
The reason, according to Wenger, that Henry didn't start was that he was very tired after international duty with France.
If Wenger had to choose a compeition to go out of it would probably have been the FA cup. But to say that he couldn't care about the result when his team is on for a treble is just silly.
Anyway, does this look like a man who doesn't care?

Re: Football talk
the premiership is not over yet Chelsea are within four points of Arsenal
all it needs is Arsenal to lose a game and it's wide open Again

Re: Football talk
I have to say watching the match and trying to speak with a customer at the same time was quite difficult but I just about managed it. I thought I was going to have a heart attack in the last 10 minutes. Have to ask about and see if any tickets going for the final, hopefully Utd v Sunderland

Chelsea will not win the premiership. I said at the start of the season and I stand by my word. They just aren't championship material. They are second because United dropped points, not because they played any better.

Whilst I admit I was flicking back and forth from this game to the F1 race, I have to say that even though there was some excitment, you could leave all 22 of these players on the pitch and Man Utd or Arsenal would bury them, and these are teams pushing for promotion

If you look out of your window right about now, you should see the phenomenon of the flying pig which represents Millwalls chances

I think that's what the Liverpool Fans said when Dennis Wise last took a "lower" team to the final - just remind me what happened then ....
