Yeah it's not cheap. But it's something I've always wanted and it's now or never. If I can get a few years pleasure out of it and if anything happens to me then my wife has the option to either keep it or sell it on and pretty much get the money back from it.

My Seamaster which I've worn for the last 10 years has gained a bit in price, as it's still immaculate I could easily get my money back on and a bit more if I wanted to sell it (which I won't).
