In the last 12 months Virginmedia have added lots of new HD, added 100Mb to there network and increased most users upload speeds(infact doubled it) and gave you Tivo.
What exactly do you expect? What the hell will it take to keep virgin customers happy?
VIRGINMEDIA are trying and trying very hard to give you what you want but once you get given something new you start screaming for something else.
Virgin is not Sky, if you want Sky join Sky, If you want virgin then start looking at what they have gave you in the last 12 months and understanding they do not have limitless pockets.

Well we will see in the next couple of weeks whether Virgin delivers on its promise of the proper Sky red button service.

Thats fair enough denphone but having been expecting all the cricket sky show on red button to be available to us on VM sky sports well it has not been, and cricket was supposedly in the 1st phase i had to stream a few matches sky were showing on red button from the net as they were not given to VM viewers,if my expierience is repeated with the football then i expect a few more may well face disappointment i hope i am wrong on that one though. As paying £22.50 a month for a service sky charge around £20.50 for,and then having to stream content from the net is not very acceptable.
But there you go.

I still think you Virginmedia customers need to stop expecting Virginmedia to turn into sky.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2011) Vol. III.
Hi New to cable, we only have one ranter on this forum and that is me, What you are saying is only a small tip of a very large iceberg.
VM love people like you, VM is a second rate organisation that give promises, but don't fulfill them, compared to Sky, they are a small company trying there hardest to get channels for customers, but want them on the cheap.
With Sky, they have the channels and the technolgoy to blow VM out of the water.
I have both systems, and l am pleased with the phone and brioadband, but the channels are poor on VM.
In fact a good example is read the 'red button forum' and you will see some unhappy customers.
Welcome to the forum.
