The Chevy deal doesn't seem to be against the FFP. OK Chevy weren't happy with the deal but that doesn't necessarily mean their rules have been broken.

UEFA want to close loopholes and that sort of deal would come under the spotlight. They shouldn't have called it Financial Fair Play if its just about balancing books.

I want AM to go through but Joses tactics and SB will probably get the best of AM.

That's why we need fewer foreign owners especially American here, I'd love to know what their plans are for relegation from the super league, they won't like that.

United's Chevy deal doesn't seem to have been done that way although I'm pretty sure the rules will adapt in time.

I think that's the crux of the matter. Whereas NFL is obviously huge over there and in fairness is pretty popular in other countries I get the impression the bosses are starting to realise football will always have more worldwide appeal and likely bring in more revenue. As much as I dislike and distrust him and his family, Malcolm Glazier made a shrewd move.

You think so Russ, bought one of the worlds biggest clubs for not a cent of his own money and systematically milked it

Tottenham winger likely to miss World Cup.

As usual clubs are playing players who clearly are not fully fit to start with.

Agree with Russ, from his point of view Glazier did make a shrewd move, and I dislike him and his intentions with a vengeance.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
You have to chuckle at PSG's sponsorship though. €200 million a year, backdated to 2012. Nothing going on there... As for tonight, all I'm saying is I'll be shouting for the winners in the final, one way or another. If us winning upsets some, then
