BB king am i being fed BS from Daniel in CS
He's probably better informed than me - as I've said I have no involvement in these upgrades - if CS are being told not to upgrade Samsungs to 2Mb then presumably they have a reason.

Mog - got a smartcard number or MAC address I can use to check, mate?

Thought you would have your finger on the pulse if there was a problem

Update I am now on 2 meg thanks to assistance from Bill C.

The information that Daniel furnished me earlier was incorrect.

He must not have understood properley the question.

Or it was BS

So you can get an upgrade from CS but be carefull if Daniel answers the phone he might not understand you .

th'eng - just checked your speeds using my little tool - pleased to report a hot, throbbing 2048000/200000 service (and an uptime of half an hour). Nice one Bill.

Re: *ALL* Speed Upgrade Discussion In Here Please (Part 4)

Thats real good news guys, when I've got my new STB tomorrow morning and I phone NTL I'm gonna check who I speak to, if I get Daniel I fear my phoneline may all of a sudden get a problem and go dead , which of course will require me to phone NTL again and hopefully get the nice Scottish lady we all praise here...

(Please don't take the dead phoneline joke seriously, I know there are a few guys on here who will complain about something like that...)
