I am in Peterborough, my package was XL BB, XL TV & XL Phone, and since Thursday 'My Virgin Media' says upto 60 BB, XL TV, XL Phone, and got a message saying your on our double speed upgrades also! but best speed so far is:- 41.26 MBS down & up 2.90 Ping 43 and its not very steady! so

Have you rebooted the superhub?

Well you've obviously been upgraded or you wouldn't be getting speeds over 30. Could be a variety of reasons for your slow speeds, oversubscription, etc. but as ^ says try a reboot, if not, try contacting VM
