Well.. yesterday i handed in my notice..
I'm going to a new job with prospects, a 3k pay rise and 2k in bonuses..

All the service techs Ntl and Telewest are waiting to see what our new shift pattern will be they are not saying anything at the moment

I've heard about the shift patterns that the techs are potentally going on... they don't sound fair or fun....
The techs i speak to on a daily basis, arent happy at all...

Before a left ntl they were talking about split shifts for service techs. I hope they don't though as that would be pants.

Just thought I would drag this old thread from the past!! 
As from the 10th, I will be an employee of Virgin Media (ntl: again!). 
Not sure if I am a sucker for punishment, but i'm thinking 4th time lucky!!

had a quick look at the new shift pattern. Its very similar to the one we are on now. Its a 3 week rolling rota with no 5 hr days and its 2 in 3 saturdays so over a 12 week period we do 1 less saturday.
