Yes, its literally taken a year to sort out to the point where VM can sell the stake, although CH4 still has "issues". But any issues now shouldn't affect the sale to scripps.

Why Ch4 got involved in the first place is anyone's guess. It's meant that a deal between three parties: VM, BBC and Scripps, has actually been a deal between four parties if you include CH4.

Very true and i think that could be why the deal with Scripps had to be halted? Just my opinion? May be wrong and subject to change

Yes l emailed Neil Berkett office and they sent me back a email asking for my account number and postcode

and then l sent them another email about my views on what channels they should be adding SD and HD and then l mentioned several things about the tivo and then they sent me another email and they said they would get back to me on tuesday.

It just depends who you email in regards to the TV side of it? I have had a good few conversations with a team who deal with the TV sid of the company. Not just the head honcho?

Yes I also emailed Neil Berketts office and after they phoned me they sent me a VMNG300 modem instead of the superhub, they also offered me a Tivo without having to extend my contract. I refused but it was a good offer.
