Can't understand why City want to increase the ground capacity, if they can't fill it for a home match against one of the more attractive footballing sides in the league why bother.

Norwich's last 5 games are: Fulham (A) Liverpool (H) Man United (A) Chelsea (A) Arsenal (H)
After losing at home to West Brom today its difficult to see them staying up.
