Does anyone else think the HD picture quailty on the BBC iplayer has improved since the BBC iplayer app update.
I think it has.

I know never knew that.
Can you explain to me how they are different ?
Is just Features like MOD search for example ?
So a Feature update will come in january/Q1 2012.

I never said when it/they will come. Small feature updates don't require a full system update. They are smaller And quicker,

So in other words do not take 30 mins to update.
Well people have told about a update in january and someone else was told Q1 2012.
Well they likely actually mean it's a feature update.

There hasn't been an iplayer app update. A network problem was fixed.

iPlayer now works fine for me, but HD looks the same IMO

Look its improved at the end of the day and people are happy with that so why ask another question as you have already asked about 50 this morning and the poor chaps must be exhausted by now and could do with a cup of tea or a nap.
