And mourinho...we are not favourites, we have hard matches etc etc. Funny he ignored that point for others.

The trouble with Arsenal is they have a very soft underbelly and their gameplan is as predictable as a one trick pony.

They had a bad day. But i still think a lot of it is that they don't have a world class striker, and a tough centre (like the chocolates, you need a hard centre to fully compliment the box )

I think that's the stereotype but it's not really true. Spurs and Munich showed that Arsenal do have alternative gameplans and it's hardly predictable. The problem is the game plan away at our top 4 rivals have proven to be shockingly awful and the players incapable of rising to the occasion.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Whats well known is various ex-players have said Arsene does not do enough work on the opposition. Now you could say that is to put more importance on our own game but it also shows a lack of respect towards the opposition. Make no mistake, even though Jose says this and that he would NEVER disrespect the opposition like that. Fergie never done it, Fergie had his game plan for Arsenal. You do not win by disrespecting the opposition, thats a fact in everyday life not only football!

So the Saints are going to throw this now?

hmm... no pre match post conference. I hope Wenger doesn't still believe his methods were correct and will try prove it.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
I think he is just avoiding adding fuel to the fire about the loss. We don't need it hanging over us for the reason the season which still has top 4 to defend and an FA Cup to win.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
So the media lockdown at Arsenal continues. Wonder what's going on. The players have really let Wenger down and he himself needs to address the tactics. Really hope the Wenger era doesn't end as a result of Chelsea.

You'd think he'd want to get the sit down stuff out of the way and move on. I know he did the TV stuff for BBC and BT, but you don't get the level of grilling with them as you do with the other type. I'm not having a pop at him, it's just that I've never known him to avoid them before.

El Classico, neither side can defend for toffee, that's if you can get the ball off them first of course.
