That is all it needs IMHO, maybe add Eden HD as well but those 3 are the ones that stand out and only 1 of those is not available in SD, so content is available to a VM customer on 2, just not in HD.

They say women can't see 3D as well as men, i wonder if the same is true of HD? I know they can't see as many colours.

I am not too sure as my partner wears glasses and the lenses are the thickness that they are the replacement size for the hubble telescope

So, if Virgin meida arn't picking up ITV 2,3,4 on HD (or other HD channels) because they say viewing figures of these channels on SKY HD, don't justify the cost that itv want for them, then maybe its because there are a lot of programmes on these channels aimed at women and they aint got a clue what HD is so are still watching SD versions of the channels because that's what shows first in the epg, makes sense really.

Maybe ITV are asking too much for the ITV Digital HD Channels.
All I know is that ITV have says in the past that ''talks are ongoing'' with Virgin.

Even worse for us we pay £7 a month for SKY sports in HD and if I did not take control of the remote my dad would be watching the SD variant, saying he could not tell the difference in picture quality

Which new channels would you like to see added,? i only ask because people i know with sky have all the channels and still seem not to be able to find anything they want to watch,as it is with the itv HD channels as far as i know ITV 3/4 HD have very little that is actually in HD on them so are they really worth the outlay for vm, ITV 4 show old episodes of minder and the professionals made long before the advent of HD.
